They are planted near a sidewalk and evening walkers always stop in their tracks and stand there just taking in the magical fragrance. The best of all is that they attract evening hummingbird moths like crazy! These large moths are easily mistaken for hummingbirds and seem unafraid of humans. We often sit next to the plants and have had these moths actually land on us. The plants are tall and stately and do not require staking if properly watered. They receive no direct afternoon sun. I would highly recommend them near any area where you might like to sit outdoors in the evening. From one small packet of seeds, we've have hundreds of hours of joy.
