Tomato 'Linda's Faux'

Discovered by Linda Andersen of Mantua, Utah when growing seedlings from a pack of seeds of Aker's West Virgina RL from Sandhill Preserva...Read Moretion. Found PL variants among the normal RL's . Grew out PL plants and found the fruits to be identical to Akers West Virginia RL except larger and better production than it's RL brother.
I grew out the variety in 2009 and found the variety to have excellent production and very good to excellent flavor. Seemed to have good disease resistance as do most PL varieties. Will be available from Glecker's Seed for 2011 season.
