I would give it a positive review if it offered anything that other daphnes don't. Its best characteristics are its shape (the form I have is a very low spreader) and the color/fragrance of the flowers. It doesn't repeat bloom as well as a lot of daphnes, its foliage isn't as nice looking and it doesn't seem to be quite as drought tolerant. I've also had problems with Botrytis, I've lost 2-3 of them to Botrytis but have never had it with any other daphne. My experience hasn't been great with this but I have read a few very positive reviews.
