This is a 2008 introduction from the Huntington's ISI Program. The plants are quite dwarf in all habits from their wavy "crispy" leaves, to the flowers with their green/white veins and purple stamens, which makes it a good pot plant. You just have to remember not to throw the pot away when it vanishes in the winter as this is a summer growing bulb.
