This is a very attractive Aloe with firm leaves that range from young green to a slight red/purple color when in sun. I have two of them...Read More and one is in full sun in the Phoenix area and the other is in mostly shade/filtered sun. The later is doing much better and has a nice rich green color. Neither have bloomed yet so I am not certain on the color. They sucker prolifically and they form groups or clumps of plants that get quite 'busy'. The spines on the leaves are more firm than most Aloes and can do some damage to your hands so be careful when planting. This plant also has a nice arch or bend to the leaves at the ends which form a flowing look making it an interesting variety.
