Love this little rose! It was actually my very first mini. It really surprised me because it has such a wonderful scent. It is also a ver...Read Morey pretty orange/red color.... and the blooms are actually quite large for a mini. In my opinion the blooms are just a tad smaller than a mini flora.
It is a bit succeptible to blackspot so, regular treatments are necessary. If you live in a drier climate, it probably won't get blackspot like it does here in S. Florida. I apply Neem once a week to keep the black spot at bay and it seems to be working... well, for now... once the rainy weather begins, I will have to move to a disease prevention that doesn't wash off as easily.
I am currently on my second plant. My first one was killed off by spidermites last summer... I actually just replaced this past weekend. I liked it so much I had to get it again. This Summer though, I am ready for the spidermites... I have a nice cocktail of Avid waiting for them.
