It can be picked small for pickling, or let to grow larger for salads. Even if a fruit escapes notice and matures, the vine will continue to produce. Larger fruit retain their succulence. The flavor is smooth, texture crisp, and there is no bitterness. Definitely the best all-purpose cuke I've ever grown. I almost always grow at least two varieties of any veggie, for insurance. No need with Iznik.

A European mini cuke that is best at 3-4 inches. Parthenocarpic. Promoted for container gardening. Small vine.
