It returned this spring and is ENORMOUS! the foliage part is about 18"-22" high but the tallest flowers are about 4 FEET high! They're on thin stems held airily above the attractive foliage- had I known it would grow sooo big- I would have put it deeper in the border! It must not dry out but the soil should not be waterlogged! It's in full sun and is gorgeous! Dead head to encourage lengthy bloom season.
