This is my second year to grow this plant. It does well here despite the unpredictable Texas weather. Last year the plant was a little ...Read Moretoo rambunctious about growing long vines and took up about 100 square feet. This year's plant is smaller, either due to being in a pot or that it had too much nitrogen last year. This year we have one small pumpkin growing so far, and a picture of it in its immature state is posted by me. I will upload a new picture of the finished fruit as long as nothing happens to it.

This plant has little to no trouble with powdery mildew, and its more vigorous growth habit kept it healthy despite bugs last year.

A small (2-4 lb) hybrid version of Long Island Cheese. Buff colored fruit with orange flesh.
