One of the pictures show Sharon's Blue pan cooked with onions and plum gold tomato - I cook a couple different tubers every morning to check the potato texture - if my fork sinks easily to mash the tuber, I'll report back the potato to be dry, while firm cooking would be reported to be waxy.
