As long as you're expecting...Read More the color change, it's actually quite lovely to have a variety of colors on one plant. I guess it's a matter of personal taste. I planted this in the middle of July and wasn't expecting much the first year, but I got plenty of healthy, vigorous new growth and lots of blooms. Just be aware of the fading tenancy before you buy.

When the flowers first open, the color is wonderful. Unfortunately, the flowers fade very quickly-within a day they are faded to a pale, washed-out coral color. Some sites mention that they need afternoon shade, so I moved the pots, but now the flower production is next to nothing. Has anyone else experienced the same problem with this rose?
