The rose is planted in a protected location against the south side of my house, and is about 6 feet tall. It has attractive reddish foliage similar to Knockout, and has been disease resistant. It blooms throughout the summer shutting down about mid-September, and produces nice hips.

No flowers after mid Sept. It looks looks like it is done blooming for the year. I cut off the dead flowers in hopes of getting more blooms.
The flowers don't last very long so expect to see mostly buds and spent flowers however, there are a lot of flowers. The flowers are single blooms and the plant has thorns.The rose hips turn a nice red-orange color. I'm in zone 5.
