Excellent potted plant. However, I don't re...Read Morecommend it be used in-ground in areas with harsh winters, as it is a dwarf plant and takes a while to achieve any noticeable size. My two are in large pots (overwintered in a garage) for several years and have not exceeded 18-24" in height. Due to their compact structure, they do crank out a lot of little blooms, ranging from 2-6". But fair warning, the blooms are highly susceptible to sun scorch, and the leaves are susceptible to some powdery mildew and other minor diseases.
