I planted mine in full shade a couple years ago. It did bloom, but not profusely, and not as much as the very showy Ligularia I saw on M...Read Moreartha's Vineyard in part-sun. The fact that it's still alive despite relative neglect is terrific. I'm planning to move it where it will get more sun, and need more attention.
