It doesn't like being moved; it will wilt almost immediately if roots are disturbed. however, I have found it easy to transplant. First, place it in a small pot and keep it well watered in the shade for a few days to give it time to adjust, then plant it back in the sun that it loves. It looks good on banks, but keep in mind it will flop somewhat, so give it a little room on such sites. It also self-seeds, so you should have plenty of babies to try in different areas of the garden.
