Once established it is a low maintenance plant ... one of my favorites ... & blends nicely with the other short perennials around it such as pasque flower, leopard's bane, geum, campanula, dianthus, delosperma, agastache, lavendula, gaura, potentilla, coreopsis and some ground cover plants.
