Flowers are dark pink with dark maroon- purple flares at the petal base. Flowers are 8-10" in diameter, in the lotus form and are held well above the foliage. Flowers have a dense, sweet fragrance.
All rockii hybrids are vigorous and tall growing, and extremely floriferous. Expect these plants to grow to 4 ft. wide and 5 ft. tall by their 10th year ( 5 yrs. or so after planting). These may be pruned after blooming to keep them smaller.
