I think that the deer may have been munching on them a little recently. That was a surprise. They've ignored it for 2 years. It looks like it's ready to be divided this year. I'm excited, because it has been a pleasure in my shade garden. I'll be putting the division in good compost in partial shade near some silver fuzzy and lacy medium green foliage. Woohoo!

It is planted next to a flag...Read Morestone patio and as we speak, there are several Heuchera seedlings sprouting up between the cracks of the flagstone near where Blackout is planted. Has this plant or any other heuchera variety done this? Seems odd! Well, I'm going out to pot 'em up!

These Heuchera did not survive their first summer for me. They just dried up and died. They seemed to need more water than my others.
