Though it was planted out with the ja...Read Morelapenos (which are loaded and ripening thick and fast), the one plant that survived just now (early September) has green fruit. This summer was extremely hot and dry, and nearly all the water my garden received was 45 minutes to an hour of sprinkling every two or three days. I used thick mulch. The plant is beautiful, though, with light green foliage, and it's small and spreading. I am looking forward to having some nice ripe peppers from it. Hope the ripening does not take too much time!
