It is slow to return in the spring, but once it does it zooms to 12'+ in height with a spread, currently, of about 3'-4'! Pennisetum 'Oceanside' is late to produce seed heads in the fall. Despite the wait, it is a GREAT architectural species for those wanting to experiment with exotic grasses!
