RACHEL (Lemoine). A medium dwarf Peony which carries daint...Read Morey, soft pink blooms without stamens, and which fades to lighter pink. The cup-shaped center retains the color much better than the guards and while the main blooms are too heavy for landscape effect, yet after the main blooms are gone, the excellent laterals furnish fine bloom, and also splendid garden effect. Probably a very valuable variety in a class with THERESE. $3.50

RACHEL (Lemoine, 1904) - Double - Pink - Late Midseason. Medium height. Not notably fragrant. Large. Light rose-pink with flesh tints toward base of petals. Free-flowering, erect stems. Good foliage. Midseason.
