Lomandra 'Breeze' fits the bill. Until recently, it was getting watered with the rest of the lawn (twice a week, 15 minutes) and has shown no ill effects from overwatering. In fact, this morning, I pulled what looks to me like half a dozen volunteer seedlings. I'm reducing the water now as I slowly convert our lawn to something more appropriate for Southern California, so we'll see how our Lomandra takes it. Our soil is on the clay side.
