However, it begins blooming with these gorgeous flowers, and then -- after the first few open -- the blooms' petals are eaten before they can even reach full size. Last summer -- the first summer I had it -- I found some weevils on them, and I thought those must be the culprits. Any suggestions? If it weren't for this problem, this would be one of the top three plants in my yard.
