A couple of years ago I decided to transplant...Read More a couple of plants out of the deeper woodland setting to a location on the edge of the woods. The result, well I'm happy to report is spectacular. My interpretation is that they need to have a little bit of sun exposure to bloom.
Recently an arborist visited our property to perform some tree work. He was totally astounded by the beautiful display of this plant underneath a gorgeous white dogwood. Wish I'd captured a picture during the prime display, but will post what I can.
