My largest shrub is approximately 24" tall and 30" wide after 20 years of growing under tall trees in bright shade. It has never suffered under days of snow or ice.

I planted it 3 years ago from nursery stock and it pretty much looks the same. I will say though nothing beats the color of its bloom and that's why it continues to earn a place in the garden.
