I have heard the bloom of this variety described as an early spring flush of flowers covering the plant with later sporadic repeat bloom. All I see is a couple of flowers here or there throughout the season nothing that would make this a plant someone would want in their garden . I'll give one more year and then rip it out if nothing improves.
