It's also tolerant of hot weather - a bit more than other tomatoes and drop less blossoms when the temps get in the 90's. If you pick all the fruit, even the green, in the first ripening period (when more than half are ripe), you will get another flush or even two of fruiting. The flavor is great cooked (for which these are intended), and just OK fresh - but still better than supermarket tomatoes.
