It sat on our fireplace mantel about 10 feet from a South facing bay window. Usually no direct sunlight but a bright location. I watered it once a week with Schultz liquid plant food. It wilted a few times while we were away on vacation but always came back. We had it for over 20 years. I don't think I ever succeeded in propagating it. My son tells me it died and my ex has been looking for a replacement.
