This plant has a nice dark green leaf with an attractive purple flower. It grows quickly in shaded area here in Phoenix and also spreads...Read More via seeding. Unfortunately I either could not keep it wet enough or there always seems to be dead brown leaves and flowers causing the plant to look scrappy. May do well in higher/cooler climates but I could never keep this plant looking good in the low desert. .
