That speciment is growing in a very inhospitable spot, seasonally flooded, but had just experienced not having water for 6 months when I took the picture! Just about everything else around it had got the vapors and croaked.
The petals are keeled with the palest pink stripe but it gives a white effect in the garden. It has "big foliage" as in "big hair" :-), so place it judiciously. A so-so scent but still a good cut flower.
