After I grew it out and tasted it, i didn't care what flippin' color it was as it was unbelievably tasty. It is also gorgeous with all of the scalloping and the inside looks like a sheet of cut glass. The texture reminds me of a medium rare porterhouse steak. Truly a standout in the world of tasty 'maters, and I've grown a few to compare it to!
