A large construction project started in our town and many, many tons of material were excavated. Turns out this seed was all over. The plant stinks to high heaven when bruised so it hasn't been fun to try and control it. Literature from the USFS says it can have several cycles of flowers and seeds ripen each season (even in Alaska!) and that it can toss it's seed 10 - 15 feet. It is coming up everywhere, and the smell is enough to gag you!
