For a non-hybrid variety, Sentinel shows a good curd quality and uniform white curd color. The curds are rounded in shape, smooth, compact and firm. The average head weight is 1.25 – 1.50 kg, depending on the plant density. Recommended growing period: planting date – mid-March till June; harvest period – July till late September."
