I think I am going to collect some of it's seeds this year and try to germinate them.

Similar cultural requirements as Schoenocaulon drummondii except it blooms in late spring. Texas Green Lily has tiny pale green flowers with extruded pale pink stamens and a faintly sweet scent. A not real showy but interesting native Texas bulb for collectors. Grass-like leaves actively grow for most of the year, the plants are not invasive, and it tolerates poor and dry soil. I grow this plant in a large clay pot.
