Five years of testing in the northern state of New York shows that Georgia Jets produce 2-1/2 times the yield of standard varieties. Yields in other sections are exceptional as well. Georgia Jets have deep orange inside color with moist flesh and marvelous taste. The outside skin is so red it is almost purple. Rarely see it in Georgia tho.
