They propagate natur...Read Moreally from the seed to produce very hardy fast growing trees with excellent fruit. They are small and slow to mature which explains why they are rare. They will grow in poor soil well. My soil is full of decomposed granite and they do quite well. Once ripe (mid to late sept.) you will have all red peaches whose aroma and flavor is exemplary! Many have said they're the best peach they ever ate. 'Not commercially viable' is why they are rare (plus the small size). My eleven trees would be 35 trees but a guest left the gate open and the deer ate about 30 potted trees--only a few survived the defoliation. Save the pits, leaving them under leaves for the winter--at least half should mature into fruiting trees. A genuine heirloom peach....tastiest on planet earth!
