The "Red Noodle" produced beans much earlier th...Read Morean the Green variety, and they continued producing throughout the summer. We cook them the same as string beans. Here in the St. Louis area they grow sweet and plentiful. I planted them along a tall wire fence, 2 inches apart. We always let a few pods dry out so that we can open them and save the beans for planting the next year. We are very pleased with "Red Noodle" and intend to plant it every year.
