Taken on 24th July 2008, Lincoln UK. A local, and uncommon species to be found over most of Britain, but mainly in the south.

Wingspan 18-22mm, flying in July to August. Beware of many look-alikes!

Taken on 1st August 2008. A worn specimen. Larvae feed on mosses on walls, in particular Tortula muralis. I have moss!
