Sciarid Fly, Mushroom Fly, Dark-winged Fungus Gnat

Taken on 5th July 2007, Lincoln UK. It was hanging around on a dahlia where there was black aphids on the stems.

The abdomen is black on top and bottom with bright yellow sides.
