Communication, execution, organization and timeliness of bulbs(almost 4 weeks) and refund(over 2 weeks) reciept were all poor. flowrgirl1's rebuttal: I do apologize. Your order was very neglected compared to the others. One of the last to go out. Poor planning on my part. |
