Cucurbita moschata Pumpkin
I grew some seeds I ordered maybe 30 years ago. Stuck them in a compost pile and forgot them. They climbed the fence and rambled the entire length. I had a room full of cream colored pumpkins that lasted and kept all winter. Our zone 8 is notorious for squash borers and the hot temps are not pumpkin friendly. The Seminole pumpkins defeated them. I'd love to find some more seeds! | | Seeds |
