| Epiphyllum Species Epiphyllum oxypetalum As a child my favorite grandmother had one of these. It was the most amazing plant, and with 30+ Grandchildren we prided ourselves in seeing it bloom. My grandmother had a window unit air conditioner that blew the warm mist across the front porch. It made this plant thrive, and its beauty is wordless. I have not seen another one here in Alabama, but I know that it will grow here. I would greatly appreciate it if I could find someone that could help me in getting one of these.
