| Ipomoea Species Ipomoea aquatica I haven't grown this one yet. I just bought some (cooked and ate already) from the MT Super Market in Austin, Texas. It's $1.69 per lb. Pretty expensive considering it's a weed. However, it's delicious, as always. All you have to do is to put it in the wok and stir fry it. One of the easiest vegetables to cook and, like chicken, you can go wrong cooking that dish.
