| Western Red Cedar Thuja plicata Planted 10 in Fall of 2001 as a screen in backyard at proper spacing. The original plants were about 1 to 2 feet tall. The first winter, they turned all brown and I thought I lost them all. It took until 2004 to really start showing growth.
