Phlox
Phlox paniculata

Years ago, I bought this named cultivar; it was bright cherry red, like sour cheries on a tree, not wit a purple cast, like Bing. The cultivar I now have, also sold as Starfire, is more on the pink side.Just trying to tell you what to expect as far as color goes.
