| Delonix Species Delonix regia My husband I got the seeds from the pods of both the orange and the yellow trees when we were on our honeymoon in San Juan, Perto Rico......We cut the seeds, placed them in a damp scott towel for a few days; watched them swell with life, mini roots appeared and two months later......both plants are doing fabulous. We keep them out on our back deck, full sun and keep the plants soil moist. We are planning on moving the lil ones into the home over the winter months. And next season, we will plant them in the ground. They remind us of the mimous trees that you see here in Norfolk, Va. BUT the flowers are different. We are hoping that they will survive the winter, next year. | Plants | ![]() (PlantFiles) |
