| Species Rosa rugosa very nice rose, if a bit aggressive. it survives being mowed down each spring to come back lush and vibrant by mid June. Color and interest all year long with gorgeous fall colors, and rose hips for the animals in winter. Seems resistant to just about everything, including a flame thrower!
