Wasabi Spinach
I do not know much about this plant, but it came to me as seedlings that I then saved the seeds, and have successfully re-grown it for 3 years. It producing large leaves that start green and then change to dark purple. With a very spicy Wasabi flavor. Great to mix in with salads or to cook.
This plant will also reseed itself and grows well into the winter, tolerating mild to medium frosts. | | Seeds |
