| Dianthus Dianthus deltoides Looking for a trusty evergreen groundcover? This one is a Classic. This one is a primadonna for the lazy and passionate gardeners in you. There is only one thing to do with it. Plant it and let it spread. | Bistorta Species Persicaria affinis Persicaria affinis is a tough, adaptable and reliable perrenial ground cover in my 4b garden. There are many type, this is one of them. It grows at differents spots on my property for a few years now. Rough or mild winter, full sun or partial shade, I never lost one. There nice compact green leaves, showing a contrasting redisk rim make it impossible for weeds to settle, not to mention theres refine flowers colours, allways in nice bloom, rain or shine, untill frost.
