Iris germanica Uber fast growing cultivar! I must divide my clumps every year, and it always favors me with more tubers than I know what to do with. It looks stunning surrounded by common orange poppies...really sets the color off well! | 'Before the Storm' | Plants | (PlantFiles) |

| Salvia Salvia officinalis Thrives in my city micro-climate. Has wintered without die back. And withstands regular harvesting and grooming. Took a good number of cuttings late in the year. Appear to be rooting. Should be available for trade in late March 2013. At that time I will know better what has come through winter storage. | 'Tricolor' | Plants | (PlantFiles) |
| Satureja Species Satureja montana Planted in an area of my property that had large driveway gravel at one time. It is EXTREMELY well drained, full sun and receives reflective heat from the close proximity to the house. Makes a lovely hedge, is evergreen as far as I can tell, with a flavor similar to sage...a little sweeter. This makes a FANTASTIC low hedge! Perfect for knot gardens and formal borders. Seems to do best when it is sheared a couple times in the year. Cuttings should be ready in late March, when I know what will pull through winter storage. | Plants | (PlantFiles) |
